1. Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery. You must inspect the product thoroughly in front of the delivery rider. If any damage is found, please return the product immediately to the rider.

2. *No Refund or Exchange After Delivery*: Once the product is received and accepted by the customer, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. We strongly encourage all customers to check their items carefully before confirming the delivery.

3. *Exchange Policy*: In case of any exchanges, the customer must bear the transport cost.

4. *Refund Process*: If a return is accepted, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
